Successful Selling on Etsy

I received a note today from someone who is thinking about opening an Etsy shop and selling online, but wanted to know what prices to charge and how much they could expect to sell. They didn't have any artwork in their gallery, but that wouldn't have affected my reply. Hi there! The answers to your questions are going to be completely different for everyone, as we all have different products and skill levels. I suggest you take a little

Comment 4 comment: crafty edition (#2)

Last time we had so much fun and I saw many new comments, so I hope a lot of people will decide to join this activity again  Some of you asked to make this a regular thing, so here we are again :la: Feel free to join any time, if you don't see many submissions please check back later :) Do you leave comments on other artists submissions? It's really fun, and you get to meet some amazing people  We all love receiving comments on our work, but the only way of creating a "culture" of commenting is by leaving comments, not just waiting to receive them. So I'm going to try to promote it, here's how it works: 1. Pick 1-3 crafts from your ga

Preparing items for shipment!

This is my little guide and informator about packing fragile items. I've updated the old one with new photos and changed the previous method a little, so it's even safer now. Some of You were asking how to pack your fragile items properly, so they won't break so easily. I know there many ways of doing this but maybe this journal might work as a tip to someone who is just looking for little help with that!In general using 2 boxes seems the best idea. 1 bigger and 1 smaller inside of it. Alright! Packing begins! I - Sculpture like those 2 Roosters in the picture is wrapped in tissue paper cocoon. Gently, not SQUIZZED inside of it! Always maki
